Cancellation Policy
Life happens. Unforeseen circumstances happen to even the best of us.
However, as a small business, same day cancellations negatively impact my business. I will now be implementing a cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
The client can request a cancellation with a 48 hour notice
If the client cancels within the 48 hour timeframe, there will be a 25% fee.
If a client does not give prior notice and does not show up for the scheduled appointment, there will be a 50% fee.
If a client repeats a no call/no show, there will be 75% fee.
All clients will receive a 72 hour confirmation email/text for the scheduled appointment, as well as a 24 hour reminder.
I hope this newly adopted policy will clear up any future issues that may occur. Thank you for your understanding.
